Ingredients
OkraClick to find more about Okra 1 kg
OnionClick to find more about Onion 1 sliced
TomatoClick to find more about Tomato 3 small pieces
Green chilliClick to find more about Green chilli 2-3 chopped
SaltClick to find more about Salt to taste
Red peper 1 tsp
Oil for fry


Preparation
Cut okraClick to find more about okra in very small pieces then put oil in deep pan fry okraClick to find more about okra in oil until it looks crispy but not brown.
After it gets crispy take it out in a plate and set it aside.
In a seprate pan put 1 tbsp oil then add onions, tomatoes, green chilliClick to find more about green chilli, saltClick to find more about salt, red peper on it and fry for few minutes.
When the oil seperates add the fried okras and cover and cook on low heat for 2 minutes.
Serve hot with roti or rice.
