A classic Italian pasta casserole dish which consists of alternate layers of pasta, cheese, minced meat and tomato and white sauces.

Ingredients
Lasagnia sheets 10
Minced Beef 1/4 kg
GarlicClick to find more about Garlic chopped 2 cloves
OnionClick to find more about Onion (finely cut) 1
Crushed red chillies1/2 tsp
Mixed Italian herbs as required
SaltClick to find more about Salt to taste
Crushed black pepperClick to find more about black pepper as required
BasilClick to find more about Basil leaves a few
Olive oil as required

TomatoClick to find more about Tomato sauce ingredients:
Blended tomatoes 1 cup
GarlicClick to find more about Garlic( chopped) 2 cloves
Olive oil as required
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Crushed Black pepperClick to find more about Black pepper as required
Oregano 1/4 tspMixed italian herbs 2 pinches
Crushed red chillies to taste

White sauce ingredeints:
Butter 1 tbsp
Refined flour 1 1/2 tbsp
Milk 2 1/2 cup
Cottage cheese(grated)3 tbsp
Mozarella cheese(grated) 2 tbsp
Black pepperClick to find more about Black pepper powder to taste
SaltClick to find more about Salt to taste


Preparation
Heat oil in a frying pan and fry garlicClick to find more about garlic and onionClick to find more about onion until golden.
Add minced meat and cook for five minutes.
Add remaining ingredients except for basilClick to find more about basil leave and cook for few more minutes.
Add basilClick to find more about basil leaves and remove from flame.
For tomatoClick to find more about tomato sauce, Heat oil in a frying pan and fry garlicClick to find more about garlic until golden.
Add ingredients for tomatoClick to find more about tomato sauce and bring to boil.
Add basilClick to find more about basil leaves in the end and remove from flame. TomatoClick to find more about Tomato sauce is ready.
For white sauce, heat butter in a saucepan. Add refined flour and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add milk and allow to thicken. Add saltClick to find more about salt, black pepperClick to find more about black pepper and cheese. Mix well.
Grease dish with butter. layer with tomatoClick to find more about tomato sauce, white sauce, minced meat and lasagna sheets.
Repeat the process. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake in pre-heated oven on 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
Delicious Lasagna is ready. Serve hot!!!
