All-natural mini-makeovers for your skin, hair, body, and soul.Applesauce Deep Cleanser

Grab:
2/3 cup granulated sugar
3 tablespoons applesauce
2 teaspoons olive oil

Go:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and stir well. In the bathtub or shower, apply the scrub in a circular motion to the areas below the neck where breakouts are most common (back, chest, and neck). Rinse.

How it works:
Apples are high in malic acid and amylase enzymes, which slough away dead skin and dirt that can clog pores and cause break-outs. Sugar polishes away rough spots. And olive oil helps leave skin feeling soft and smooth.

Extra boost:
Cleanse daily with an acne-fighting salicylic acid body wash like Neutrogena's Body Clear Body Wash ($5.99) or Murad's Acne Body Wash ($35).

Strawberry T-Zone Zapper

Grab:
1/2 cup strawberries (about 6 medium berries, stems removed)
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

Go:
Using a fork, mash the strawberries into a pulp. Mix strawberries, honey, and lemon juice in a small bowl. Apply to face and leave on 8-10 minutes. Wash off with a mild cleanser and warm water. Tip: Use this mask in the evening, because the lemon's citric acid can make your skin more sensitive to UV rays.

How it works:
The strawberries and lemon juice, both natural astringents, tighten and cleanse pores. And the honey moisturizes.

Extra boost:
Don't overcleanse your face; this can make it produce more oil. Instead, use blotting sheets like Boscia Fresh Blotting Linens ($10) or Est'ee Lauder Clear Difference UltiMatte Blotting Sheets ($14).
